Return & Exchange Window

You may return or exchange most items within 30 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was shipped.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

Eligible for Return or Exchange:

  • Unused decorative trays in original packaging
  • Items in new, resalable condition

Not Eligible for Return or Exchange:

  • Customized or personalized orders
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
  • Items returned without original packaging or tags

Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for returns and exchanges. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Trayvio is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund at our discretion.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds are typically issued within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
