Where trays go
We ship only to street addresses in the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states) and Washington, D.C.
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, other U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO, P.O. Boxes, or destinations outside the United States. Ineligible addresses may be cancelled and refunded.
Shipping cost
Merchandise subtotal $39.00 or more before tax → free standard shipping.
Merchandise subtotal under $39.00 → $6.99 flat for standard shipping.
Checkout uses the cart subtotal before tax. Sales tax is separate. This is not free shipping to all 50 states.
Fuzhou production and the San Francisco line
Trays are designed and made under Fuzhou Woju Craft Co., Ltd. at the Minhou address below. 369 Pine St, San Francisco, CA 94104 is printed for customer letters and authorized returns. It is not a factory, not company headquarters, and not the dock we claim every outbound carton leaves from.
When packing starts
After payment clears, most orders are prepared within 1–2 business days if the finish is in stock.
Cutoff: 2:00 PM PT on a business day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on a weekend, or on a federal holiday begin the next business day.
Time on the road
After the first carrier scan, standard movement across the lower 48 is often about 5–10 business days. From payment to delivery, many orders land in about 6–12 business days. Trays are rigid and need a larger carton; remote ZIP codes may add time. Estimates are not guaranteed dates.
Tracking
We email tracking when the parcel is with the carrier. Public scans can sit blank for several hours, sometimes up to a day.
If a tray arrives damaged
Photograph the outer box and the tray (rim, surface, packing) before discarding anything. Email service@trayvio.com with the order number. Dents, cracked rims, or a crushed carton on arrival are handled under the Return & Refund Policy.
Address errors
Include apartment or suite numbers. To change an address, email us before the order is dispatched. Parcels returned for an address you entered may be reshipped (postage may apply) or refunded for the product only. The $6.99 outbound fee, if charged, is not refunded in that case.
Carrier loss
If the carrier confirms loss, email the order number. After we verify, we refund or reship according to stock.
