Shipping Area
We ship only to the contiguous United States (Lower 48 states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories (such as Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.), or APO/FPO military addresses.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. No minimum purchase required.
Order Cutoff Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST (Monday – Friday) will be processed on the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. During peak seasons or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.
Delivery Time
Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days after processing. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier schedules.
Sales Tax
Sales tax (if applicable) is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state and local tax laws. The exact tax amount will be shown before you complete your purchase.
Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at service@trayvio.com. We can update the address only if your order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once the order has shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package at any time using the link provided.
