These Terms govern https://trayvio.com and purchases from Trayvio. The seller is Fuzhou Woju Craft Co., Ltd.（福州沃居工艺品有限公司）. Using the site or placing an order means you also accept the Privacy, Shipping, and Return & Refund policies.
1. Seller
Trayvio sells decorative trays and related table accents. Woju was established in 2019 and is registered in Minhou County, Fuzhou, China. 369 Pine St, San Francisco is a correspondence and approved-return line. It is not a U.S. corporation and not a factory.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be 18 or older, or buying with a parent or guardian. Checkout details must be accurate. If you create an account, keep the password private. We may suspend accounts used for fraud.
3. Acceptable use
Do not attack or scrape the site to build a competing catalog, or reuse our tray photos as your own listings.
4. Products and pricing
Finish color and weave pattern can vary slightly by batch and by screen. A tray is a decorative or serving accent, not a certified commercial food-service product unless a listing says so. We may correct an obvious price error and cancel that line with a refund of what you paid for it.
Prices are USD. Tax may apply by ship-to state. Pay with the methods shown at checkout.
5. Orders
Checkout is an offer to buy. A confirmation email is not a guarantee every finish is in stock. If a line cannot ship, that line is refunded.
6. Shipping and returns
$39 free standard shipping and the $6.99 under-threshold fee are in the Shipping Policy (contiguous U.S. only). Returns need written approval first. We refund eligible returns; we do not offer exchanges. Details are in the Return & Refund Policy.
7. Intellectual property and reviews
Site content and the Trayvio name belong to us or our licensors. Reviews you send may be shown on the shop if you have the right to send them.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability tied to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order, except where a statute forbids that cap.
You agree to protect Fuzhou Woju Craft Co., Ltd. from claims that arise from your misuse of the site, as far as the law allows.
9. Governing law
These Terms follow the laws of the State of California, without conflict-of-law rules. Contact us first about a dispute. Subject to mandatory consumer rights, California courts are the venue if a case proceeds.
10. Force majeure and changes
Carrier disruption, weather, and government action can delay a carton outside a packing promise. Updated Terms carry a new date. For orders already placed, the version in effect when you paid applies.
